Do not leave the site of the accident
Leaving the site of the accident will be construed as an act of hit-and-run.
Take care of the injured first
Make the injured as comfortable as you can, and call 119 for an ambulance
Report to the Police
Call 110 for the police or report to the nearest police box(Koban), regardless of the type of an accident such as property damage liability, bodily injury liability etc.
Get information about the accident
*Name, age, address,Tel.No and name of the insurance company of other party.
*Check the place of accident, conditions of the road, traffic signal, road signs, etc.
*Witness if any(Name, Adress, Tel No. etc)

Report to Insurance Company
as soon as possible
Please report to the Insurance Company when you are involved in an accident.
The insurance company offer you 24 hours services. Please keep the insurance company's card handy.
