This telephone service provides assistance by English-speaking
operators for filing a car accident claim 24 hours 7 days a week
(including holidays).
This is the first 24-hour English assistance service in Japanease
non-life insurance industry, and it is toll-free from anywhere in Japan.

Those who purchased Bodily Injury Indemnification coverage, the following road services are available free of charge.
- Roadside Repair Service
If your insured car becomes disabled, ACE will provide a temporary repair service.
- Emergency Fuel Support Service
In case that your insured car runs out of gas, 10 liters gasoline will be delivered to you.
- Troubleshooting Service
To solve your car’s problems, ACE’s professional staff will give you proper advice over the phone.
- Emergency Message Forwarding Service
In case of your insured car emergency, ACE will forward your message to your family or company.
- Emergency Towing Service
If your insured car becomes disabled, ACE will provide a towing service to the nearest auto repair shop etc. Free of charge up to 50 km.
- Long Distance Trouble Support Service
If your insured car becomes disabled 100km or more away from your home, ACE will pay for various incidental expenses.
- Drive Planning & Traffic Information Service
Upon request, ACE will make a custom-order drive plan and also give you traffic information.
